Polamp
by Xander Stewart

Step#1: Cut chosen plastic container in half
Cut the plastic container you have chosen in half, preferably a container that once held a drink

Step#2: Attach a lightbulb to the inside of the container
Attach the lightbulb of where the original exit point of the container (AKA, where the cap would go), but attach it inside, not outside of the container. Use a lightbulb holder or just some duck tape

Step#3 (battery powered): Set up wires
If the lamp is battery powered, wire up the lightbulb with the switch and the battery container in parallel using electric tape.

Step#3 (outlet powered): Set up wires
If the lamp is outlet powered, carefully wire up the cords to the lightbulb and the switch in parallel using electric tape, and do not have it plugged in.

Step#4: Put soil in the container
At the bottom half of the plastic container, fill it up with soil in order for your plants to grow

Step#5: Add a big square hole on the top half
Using scissors, you cut a bit of the top half of the container off in a square shape to assure that you can still access it once you seal it back up

Step#6: Put it back together
Finally using the tape to put the two halves of the plastic container back together
