Step # 1: Gather your materials
You need 4 short boards all the same length, one sheet of plastic, Nails or screws, one concrete shaper at the least, one drill, water and of course broken glass or ceramic.

Step #2: Get one half bucket full of concrete
It is better to mix it in a bucket and you don't fill it with concrete all the way because it is too much.

Step # 3: Create a planter
This is what you will pour the concrete into so you assemble it with your boards. screw together and then set it on the ground with the plastic lining.

Step #4: mix the concrete
Use the bucket, water, and concrete bag, use a strong shovel. Do not wet the concrete too much. Just enough to wet all of the powder.

Step #5. Pour the concrete

Step # 6 Shape, add glass on top and, let dry
